Booking a Consultation:

An initial one to one consultation lasts one hour and includes a free body composition analysis. You will be asked to discuss your medical background, expectations, lifestyle and eating habits. Lorraine will look at your attitude and relationship with food/activity and identify ways to improve your nutritional status.

Follow up appointments, should they be required, last 30 minutes and will include a review of progress and a free body composition analysis.

Face-to-face or Skype appointments are available, phone or e-mail support between consultations can also be included to help you reach your goals.
